Research- Preliminary first and secondary research is performed to determine and understand the client’s goals, audiences and daily functions in order to adequately formulate a program of goals and paths to those goals. Program- A detailed and succinct program is developed one that includes organic (internal free or paid) and inorganic (externally paid) project-advantages that will be launched throughout a six or twelve month calendar year. In this program we note innovations and self-efficiencies. Contacts- In this phase based on the inorganic aspects of the program and the innovations, we begin contacting external help if required for advertisement, training, etc. Training- Our client is trained to understand process and program-methodology for determining results so self improvement can begin internally and filter out to customers. Enhancement- Necessary enhancements are identified for future implementation through observation of return on investment, which can possibly lead back to research of the new enhancements. Through the identification of enhancements, it is easy for our clients to acknowledge the necessity of consistent marketing and marketing strategies. |
